The big recovery from football is Saturday and over the weekend to get us ready for the next week, so working with Coach Kathleen made a huge difference. Normally we would lift or do a light run, but that is kinda outdated, the stretching helped get rid of the lactic acid and we noticed a difference when it came to the body’s recovery.
