Well, I am a highly energetic, down-to-earth girl from Chicago that loves to dance, practice yoga, be in nature, travel, and meet new people. My soul lights up now that I’ve found my purpose and I’m living my life based on my own decisions. It is truly empowering! I can honestly say that I’m happy today. When I look in the mirror, I can finally smile back at myself, see the beauty inside, and be proud of all the growth I have experienced in the past decade.
It hasn’t always been this way, though. In January of 2009, my world completely changed. I experienced a traumatic event, and then I went on for three years pretending it didn’t happen. I didn’t tell a soul. It was a few years later when I realized it was finally time to acknowledge and deal with what happened, and I remember kneeling down and praying to God that the Universe would save me. I couldn’t do this alone. That day, my faith started to grow and I started to get back into praying, meditation, and yoga. I also noticed that I felt better when I was walking outside in nature, listening to music, or creating art.
It was recommended that I work with a Life Coach to help me move forward, and I enrolled in her Transformation 101 course that completely changed my life! I no longer felt alone. I was hopeful that I could learn new tools and discover some of my own. I am a firm believer that we can heal ourselves if we are guided and can use our own intuition. It was because of that experience that I have become a Transformation Coach. Along with my strength training certification (NSCA-CSCS), 200+ hr yoga teacher certification, life coaching certification, 14 years of teaching P.E. & Wellness at the high school and middle school level, coaching a number of sports (soccer, cross-country, diving, gymnastics, volleyball, and track), studying Kinesiology at Penn State, investing in personal development programs, and learning countless life lessons, I have developed a well-rounded approach to healing the body, mind and spirit. Today, I am now helping clients like you completely transform their life by using a holistic approach. Movement and proper nutrition are the foundation of my programs using my proprietary program, the WEBER METHOD (We’ll go into more of that later).
Essentially, your mind, body, and spirit work together to help you make lasting changes. During this pandemic, I have witnessed first hand how hard it is to live a healthy lifestyle. For many of us, witnessing many traumatic experiences on TV or in our own lives has really challenged our mental health. It may have spurred unresolved pain in your past, and as I found with my own experience… At some point, (ahem, right now) it’s time to heal, reawaken, and reclaim your life’s purpose. I did it for myself, and I can show you how to do it, too! The time is now.

What exactly is a transformation coach?
A transformation coach is someone that helps inspire, motivate, and facilitate change in someone’s life. I combine my personal training/strength coach experience, life coaching experience, and wellness educator experience to create an authentic holistic program for you to find balance for your mind, body, and spirit.
What type of support is offered in this customized program?
Weekly zoom calls, email or text support, videos, private Facebook group
What type of programs do you offer?
- 1 on 1 coaching: weekly accountability calls, customized fitness program (strength, HIIT, yoga, dancing, running- depends on your goals/needs), nutrition program (recipes, meal plan), mindfulness, meditation, positive mindset tools, productivity tools, goal-setting
- Group Training: similar to 1 on 1 Training, however there will be group calls, and more generalized programming to fit everyone’s needs/goals. This is a great option if you are inspired by others on a similar journey

What if I’m not flexible and I can’t do certain yoga poses?
Kathleen will work with you to modify poses and teach you how to use a yoga block, strap, or other household items. You will improve your flexibility and mobility if you stick with yoga and learn to listen to your body.
What if I have a prior injury?
Kathleen will ask that you disclose that on the questionnaire. Since she’s a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, she has worked with many athletes and clients that have recovered from an injury by building a Post-Rehab program. She will make sure to customize it for your injury, so that it’s a smooth transition and prevent future injuries.
Since we are still in this Pandemic, how can I still work with Kathleen?
What better time to start or restart your health and wellness journey than NOW. Kathleen meets with her clients through Zoom. Her customized fitness program can be done at home or outside in a safe space.
Do I need to buy equipment?
No, everything Kathleen designs can be done with household items or with body weight. If you do have fitness equipment, Kathleen can advise how to use it to meet your needs. If you don’t own a yoga mat, you can use a towel for outdoor yoga or a rug/carpeting for indoor yoga.
What if I don’t have experience lifting weights?
No worries! Kathleen loves to teach people how to lift properly and build a strong foundation. Form and biomechanics are really important, which Kathleen will emphasize in each workout.
How will I track my progress or know my results?
Kathleen builds out your program on Google Sheets and Google Documents. You will have access to a google folder with specific resources tailored to you. Each week, you will be expected to track your numbers on the sheets each time you do your workouts. You will also give feedback on the meal plan you are following. Kathleen will check in with you weekly to see your progress. Her main goal is to help you achieve your goals.
How do I sign up for a program with Kathleen?
Feel free to schedule a 10 min. Free Coaching Session on Kathleen’s schedule (link on website). Kathleen will send you a getting to know you questionnaire afterward to see if it’s a good fit. From there, Kathleen would send you a contract and waiver electronically to sign. Payments are made through Square.
