Athletes can be taught tools to achieve the flow state where their athletic performance can improve drastically! Coach Weber offers 1 on 1 or small group training for speed, strength, and conditioning specific to your sport. She also offers yoga, mobility, and mindset coaching to help you recover, prevent injuries, improve mobility and flexibility, decrease stress, and ultimately perform at your highest level.

YOGA SESSIONS

I have been an athlete my whole life! I started gymnastics when I was 3, soccer when I was 5, and springboard diving when I was 9.  At Glenbrook South High School, I made the varsity girls soccer team and varsity diving team as a freshman.  I competed all 4 years in both sports, co-captain in both sports, made it to the IHSA State Diving meet as a sophomore, and finished in the top 16 my junior year.  In soccer, I received All- Conference, All-Sectional, and All-State Honorable Mention. I am most proud of my team for making it to the Super Sectional final my junior year. We were 1 game away from making it down state!

At Penn State University, I started on the Women’s Club Soccer Team and played for 2 years. My freshman year, we played 6 games in 3 days and became National Club Finalists! We lost to Colorado State University in penalty kicks (the worst way to lose), but one of the most memorable sport experiences of my life.  We gave it our all and ended up 2nd in the country for Division I Women’s soccer. 

Sports have made a huge impact on me as a person. I’ve learned countless life lessons from athletics, my coaches, and my teammates.

My success as at athlete stems from the training I did off and on the field, gym, or pool.  I wasn’t the most skilled athlete, but I was one of the most fit, strong, and determined.  I gave 100% every time I competed!

My goal is to help you transform as an individual, as an athlete, and become the BEST version of YOU. I also strive to transform teams into better athletes, teammates, and create a cohesive bond!

I want athletes to achieve their peak performance and ENJOY the process.  At the same time, I want clients to be happy, have fun competing, and feel good about themselves.
